Antipasto Platter - Selection of cured meats, olives with artisan bread and dips, sun-blushed tomatoes, selection of cheeses served with chutney

Seafood Platter* - Smoked haddock gratin, crab cakes with sweet chilli and ginger, king prawns with lemon and herb butter, chilli and lime squid salad

Harelaw Farm Platter - Chicken liver paté, locally-sourced Ayrshire aiket, crowdie and dunlop cheeses, Ayrshire ham

Scottish Platter* - Haggis, neeps and tattie croquettes with a whisky dipping sauce, Scottish mini cheese tartlets, Ayrshire pork, Stornoway black pudding and king prawns with chorizo
